Day of Reckoning - First Day Smokeless

$30.85 for a week's supply of seven patches...

was bought for me with encouragement from my dearest Jon Jon

wish me luck...
my first encounter with this was in ns when one of my bunk mates
was advised to quit smoking due to health reasons and he was given
the nicotine gum. being curious, all of us wanted to try and he offered it
to us. it totally sucked and turned us so off that we have to smoke more
to rid the "Liver-like" taste from our tongues. it was that bad.

my day started off with my daily routine of showering doing my things prepping for work and then off to work but before that. the patch. ha ha ha...

it's been a few hours and lunch i have been binging..
Lunch : Nasi Lemak , half bottle of snapple, one pack green tea , a piece of chocolate and 3 chocolate chip cookies from marks & spencer.

A big Thanks to my Love Jon Jon for being supportive of what i do always and holding my hands through this ordeal. i do wanna smoke but somehow the patch does work..i dont have the urge. To Daddy for being a pillar for both of us when we need someone for advise.

the real test comes later when i am heading home... lines of shops selling "ROCCO BANG".
