Now in office , kinda busy. i surprisingly do not have an urge to buy a packet of cigarettes.
i am such a hardcore smoker. maybe its the patch , it does a pshycological hocus pocus on you to trick your mind. i was so afraid last night that when i peel off the patch and immediately i will start to flow my one day's supply of mucus which was held in which i usually experience when i dont smoke within my scheduled timings. ha ha ha... thats how drastic it was.
so to smokers out there who want to quit, do try it. for me it works and i have been smoking for a long time since secondary 2.

my completion date of no more smoking is on the 1st September.

Today's Eating habits are better and i had chicken rice with an egg heh... and a pack of green tea.
