I have always done it to others but suddenly it happened to me. i am lost and distraught. for the 1st time i went by the book and it backfired. my emotions are erratic and i wanna cry but i am so afraid people will see and criticise. i still cannot materialise my thoughts and emotions into words but This is a video which can only describe my feelings now...
